Raising Awareness about Pet Wellness and Education Be mindful that dogs, cats and other species can suffer from sensory overload, just like us! To make this a safe and joyful experience, be calm and and an ambassador for your pet. Please follow the guidelines. Making a world a better place happens with one small change at a time ~ I believe that each of us has a personal calling that is as unique as a fingerprint -- and the best way to succeed is to discover what you love and find a way to offer it to others in the form of service, and allowing the energy of the unverse to guide you ~ Oprah Winfrey

The Pet Wellness Festival was founded in 2004 by the late Cindy Fischer, M.Ed. and the living Maureen Ross, M.A., in collaboration with a heart centered group of wellness practitioners, enthusiasts and volunteers whose passion is to make a difference for pet's and their people. Meet some of the Pet Partner and R.E.A.D. teams. Guidelines are clarified on the registration.

PWF (waggily rhymes with sniff) brings people and pets together to raise awareness about well-being, education, healthy nutrition, products and services in a supportive and friendly environment. It is a wellness PAWTY for your pet (and you)!
Pets enjoy the benefits of Massage, Reiki, Acupressure, TTouch, behavior and intuitive counseling, meet the registered pet partners and Reading Education Assistance Dog teams.
Enjoy a buffet of products and services (discover more about pwf's uniqueness and contributors/sponsors).
PWF is a good networking event that is small enough (big fish in little pond) to make meaningful connections that can enhance your creative ideas and businesses. Relationships begin that can last a lifetime. Mentoring and wisdom abound. Take advantage of it!
Share a few minutes or hours engaging with contributors who can help you enhance your pet's (and your) overall
well-being! Most importantly, enjoy the journey!
Donation proceeds will benefit New England Pet Partners, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization whose Registered Pet Partner and Reading Teams visit hospitals, rehabs, nursing and assisted-living facilities, schools and libraries. For more on the Benefits of Pets in Therapy.

Inquire about how you and your pet could become a registered team -- giving back to the community.
Our mantra is no-one should be left without the touch or benefits of pets for our well-being. Done well and safely, Pet-Assisted Therapy is becoming an important and appreciated adjunct to other therapies.
Be an advocate for your pet's well-being. Bring your healthy pet to PWF.
